We want you to be fully satisfied with your Drake's purchase; if for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn and unaltered items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are returned in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by the portal.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
